Spiced carrot cake studded with fresh jalapenos, coconut and homemade curried walnuts. Frosted with coconut buttercream and curried walnuts.


Banana Macadamia with Salted Caramel Buttercream
Banana-laden cake, crunchy macadamia nuts and caramel buttercream spiked with pink Himalayan sea salt.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse with Peanut Butter Buttercream and Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache
My favorite cake!
Four rich layers of chocolate cake made with melted chocolate AND extra dark cocoa powder. Peanut Butter Mousse fills the center and the whole thing is topped with silky chocolate peanut butter ganache.


Coconut Mayhem with Coconut Buttercream
